Kumar Guarev was raised in Rajasthan, he went college in New Delhi, and he presently lives in Kolkata. He designed The Ambedkar Lecture that he will be teaching in three places in Bihar:
Apna School in Khaira Asha village, Gopalganj district.
Nari Gunjan School in Patna
Ambedkar College of Education in Dehri-on-sone.
